Main Responsibilities- Oversee stocktake processes across hospitality outlets to ensure consistency and accurate mapping of transfers, wastage, and sales.
- Analyse stocktake variances, identify discrepancies, and escalate as needed to drive operational efficiency and profitability.
- Implement cost control strategies aligned with financial goals to reduce waste and maintain controls.
- Advise management on stock and cost control, supporting pricing initiatives to enhance margins and profitability.
- Track food and beverage cost trends through weekly reports and collaborate with management to maintain effective cost control measures.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in F&B cost control, inventory, and financial reporting.
- Strong understanding of cost control's impact on margins and profitability.
- Skilled in identifying and resolving stock discrepancies.
- Proficient with inventory systems.
As a highly skilled Cost Control Manager, you will possess strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively across teams to implement cost-saving initiatives and ensure accurate reporting.
