Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to oversee and enhance cost control operations, ensuring precise financial reporting and driving profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement stocktake processes across hospitality outlets, ensuring consistency and accurate mapping of transfers, wastage, and sales
  • Analyse stocktake variances, identify discrepancies, and escalate as needed
  • Develop and implement cost control strategies aligned with financial and operational goals
  • Provide senior management with expert advice on stock and cost control, supporting pricing and efficiency initiatives
  • Track food and beverage cost trends through regular reports and collaborate with management to maintain controls
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in F&B cost control, inventory, and financial reporting
  • Strong understanding of cost control's impact on margins and profitability
  • Expertise in identifying and resolving stock discrepancies
  • Proficient with inventory systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
