Job Overview:

We're seeking an experienced professional to lead our onshore wind projects in Australia and globally. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex, multidisciplinary projects and developing practical solutions to multifaceted problems.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in engineering/project management in a professional environment related to onshore renewable energies (Wind, Solar, BESS). They should have a strong network in Australia and experience in developing and managing a team in the region.

This is a challenging role that requires flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to propose innovative and optimized solutions. The successful candidate will be able to develop a strong local team and identify the needs for resources on projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of onshore wind and hybrid projects in Australia and globally, delivering different services along the entire project lifecycle.
  • Develop practical solutions to multifaceted problems and manage complex, multidisciplinary projects.
  • Communicate effectively with clients in onshore wind/hybrid projects and support successful delivery of offshore wind projects in Australia and globally.

This role requires a high degree of autonomy, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you'll need to have a solid understanding of onshore renewable energy technologies, as well as experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You'll also need to be able to demonstrate your expertise in areas such as project management, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement.
