Our Kindergarten is seeking an Enrolment Coordinator to support families through the enrolment process and work collaboratively with our Area Manager to coordinate open days and promote our kindergartens in the community.

This role plays a pivotal part in shaping the lives of children by supporting their development in a lively and supportive atmosphere. As the Enrolment Coordinator, you will take on a range of responsibilities that ensure a smooth and supportive enrolment experience for every family, including:

  • Collaborating with the Area Manager to design and implement effective enrolment strategies for new kindergarten sites
  • Leading community engagement and promotional activities to build awareness and drive enrolments
  • Being the first point of contact for parent enquiries, offering timely, clear, and supportive guidance
  • Managing enrolment processes end-to-end - from waitlist data and priority allocations to issuing formal offers
  • Promoting our organisation's values and programs, ensuring families feel informed, welcomed, and confident in their choice
