Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Enrolment Officer to join our team. This is a 3-month contract opportunity with potential for permanency.

The successful candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and excellent administrative skills, including the ability to work with a new enrolment system. They will support the implementation of this system, optimize processes, and ensure families and educators are well-supported throughout.

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the role from the outset and make a meaningful impact on the service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing enrolments: collecting, verifying, and updating enrolment data for children in early childhood services.
  • Supporting families: providing clear, compassionate communication to guide them through enrolment and address inquiries.
  • System implementation: assisting with the rollout of a new enrolment platform.
  • Data entry & compliance: maintaining accurate records and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Team collaboration: working with educators and advisors to coordinate schedules and share insights.
  • Admin & reporting: preparing enrolment reports, correspondence, and safeguarding sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • Experience with early childhood enrolment systems
  • Background in early childhood education, understanding policies and family needs
  • Friendly, helpful approach to staff and families
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Driver's license and own vehicle (travel between sites may be required)
  • Valid Working with Children Check, Police Check, and Australian work rights
