Casual Guest Services Representative

We are seeking a charismatic individual to join our Guest Services team as a Casual Guest Services Representative. This is a dynamic role that involves meeting and greeting clients, handing over keys, and providing tours of the building and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet clients arriving in Sydney, hand over keys, and provide a tour of the building and facilities.
  • Complete pre-arrival and pre-departure checklists.
  • Assist in setting up new apartments.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication and organizational skills. A background in hotels or hospitality is preferred but not essential.
