Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the Team to consistently achieve goals and deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Allocate risk reviews and manage internal/external assessor workloads.
  • Support execution of business strategy.
  • Collaborate with other business units for efficient outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Foster an innovative mindset leveraging available technologies.
  • Act as an escalation point for queries.
Key Skills
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in an operational role within a technical environment.
  • 2+ years' experience in people leadership.
  • Demonstratable experience in change management and innovation initiatives.
  • Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • High-level commercial acumen.
  • Ability to engage stakeholders and bring people on board.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.
  • An understanding of regulatory frameworks advantageous.
