About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Sydney Advisory Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the strategy and delivery of Australia's largest infrastructure pipeline.

Your Impact

As an Associate Director, you will work closely with RPS senior leaders and our clients to develop creative solutions for the delivery of transport, education, health, property, energy, and renewable projects. You will have the opportunity to grow your skills and experience across sectors and be supported to develop your own specialisations and areas of interest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead integrated project teams with multi-disciplinary membership from the RPS businesses, client organisation, and other advisors.
  • Assist with the development and mentoring of less experienced RPS Strategy and Investment team members.
  • Actively participate in the recruitment of suitable employees for RPS.
  • Lead business development initiatives, including actively working with the RPS team to seek new clients and assignments.
  • Lead the preparation of tenders/proposals for opportunities that align with RPS capabilities.
About You

You will have at least 5-7 years' experience in strategy consulting project management or a quantitative research and analytics function, and a degree in the field of Economics, Business, or a related field. You will also have:

  • A strong understanding and proven experience with stakeholder management.
  • Proven leadership working on large infrastructure projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to multi-disciplinary audiences, including senior executive-level clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and work co-operatively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with major infrastructure or services transactions using varying contracting models.
  • Manage and grow business relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
