Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Reporting & Insights Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the People & Culture department, you will play a crucial role in delivering data-driven insights and innovative solutions that drive business performance.

Your primary responsibility will be to transform raw data into powerful reports and Business Intelligence dashboards that guide decision-making relating to people and culture activities. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to share insights and foster progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transform raw data into powerful reports and BI dashboards
  • Collaborate across teams to share insights and drive performance
  • Monitor key metrics and suggest smart countermeasures to ensure objectives are met
  • Lead automation initiatives to enhance processes and boost efficiency

As a Reporting & Insights Analyst, your work will have a significant impact on the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and creating or modifying macros for process automation
  • Intermediate proficiency in Power BI, with experience in advanced data modeling, dynamic visual creation, Power Query (M language), and leveraging AI-driven insights
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Degree qualification or equivalent experience
  • Understanding and knowledge of Power Automate is an advantage
