Pathology Operations Lead

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive business growth, digital implementation, and operational excellence within our pathology collection service in Victoria.

About the Opportunity

This is an exceptional chance for an experienced State Manager to take charge of pathology operations across Victoria, overseeing 6 direct reports and indirectly guiding a team of over 1000 staff members.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance operational efficiency, improve productivity, and increase revenue through innovative solutions and market share growth initiatives.
  • Foster a positive work environment by implementing reward and recognition programs that promote employee engagement and motivation.
  • Collaborate closely with the GM of Pathology Collections and commercial teams to make strategic decisions that drive business success.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a State Manager or senior leader in large-scale operations, demonstrating expertise and confidence in managing complex environments.
  • Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills, strong commercial acumen, and a strategic mindset that drives business growth and innovation.
