Medical Specialist Position

Job Description
The Royal Australasian College of Physicians is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Medical Specialist to join their team at the Launceston General Hospital in Tasmania.
About the Role
This permanent, full-time position involves working up to 76 hours per fortnight as a day worker with on-call responsibilities. Flexible working hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant for part-time arrangements.
Remuneration Package
The remuneration package includes a base salary ranging from $216,300 to $310,389 per annum, pro rata, plus 12% superannuation and access to salary packaging.
Requirements
- Applicants must hold specialist registration.
- Applicants must be registered Medical Practitioners who are International Medical Graduates (IMG) on the specialist pathway or have a recognised overseas specialist qualification with sufficient experience in the specialty.
- Current Working with Children Registration is required where applicable and as specified by individual position requirements.
