Job Title: Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to support the development of a robust monitoring and review framework for our participants. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial markets, products, and risk methodologies.

About This Role

This role is responsible for managing compliance relationships with participants, implementing and reviewing monitoring programs, and preparing reports on program outcomes. The successful candidate will contribute to the design and coordination of participant compliance monitoring and review frameworks.

  • Develop and implement monitoring and review programs with participants;
  • Manage compliance relationships with participants;
  • Support the development of a robust monitoring and review framework;
  • Contribute to the implementation of current and emerging approaches to risk and compliance;
Key Responsibilities:
  • Broad industry or professional experience in financial products (equities, bonds, and derivative products) and the financial markets;
  • Broad understanding of regulatory requirements covering all products;
  • Detailed knowledge of systems operations, connectivity models, and risk methodologies;
  • Tertiary qualification in law, accounting, finance, business, economics, or related disciplines;
  • Strong analytical and communication skills;
  • Ability to work effectively across teams with multiple stakeholders;
