Job Overview

Civil labourers are integral to the development and maintenance of civil infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Carry out general laboring duties relevant to the work area
  • Operate plant and equipment safely and efficiently, pertinent to the work area
  • Perform driving duties as required
  • Assist in cleaning and maintaining plant and equipment
  • Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance to ensure tools and equipment under their control remain serviceable and safe at all times
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in laboring roles, preferably related to the work area
  • Ability to operate minor plant and equipment associated with construction and maintenance work
  • Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Holding a WHS General Induction Certificate
  • Driver Licence
