Role Summary

This Senior Civil Design Engineer position offers a diverse range of projects and opportunities for remote working. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conceptualising and detailing civil designs, documentation, and project management.

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development of complex infrastructure projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver high-quality outcomes under limited supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Produce, review, and check designs in accordance with relevant standards and codes.
  • Deliver calculations, reports, and drawings as required.
  • Provide civil engineering design services to clients as needed.
  • Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary environment and mentor junior team members.
Requirements:
  • Degree in civil engineering.
  • A minimum 5 years post-graduate experience in engineering consultancy is ideal.
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with software packages such as DRAINS, MUSIC, AutoCAD, and AutoTrack is desirable.
  • Road design experience in accordance with Austroads and best practice is preferred.
