Project Officer for Clinical System Implementation

About the role
An opportunity exists in the CareHub Project Team for a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse looking to support the implementation of our new care and clinical system, CareHub.
This is a fixed-term (full-time) contract ending June 2024.
As a Project Officer, you will work closely with the Implementation Manager, assisting with project administration, data migration, staff training, go-live support, post-implementation auditing, and systems monitoring.
About you:
To be considered, you will bring:
- Able to learn and adapt to new technology systems;
- Experience in delivering staff training and supporting staff to learn on the job;
- Ability to travel up to one week at a time during site implementations;
- Commitment to a fixed-term (full-time) contract until June 2024;
- Strong organisational and coordination skills;
- Excellent customer service and communication skills;
- Ability to think on your feet and respond positively to change and challenges;
- A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout NSW and ACT to support implementation across multiple sites.
You will play a vital role in supporting the remaining five homes to implement CareHub, transforming lives by expressing the love of Christ.
BaptistCare offers a competitive salary, estimated to be around $80,000 per annum, plus additional benefits. Successful applicants will undergo various background checks, including a police background check via an online system.
