Your Role

As our Human Resources Director, you will be responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives that align with our organisational goals. You will lead a high-performing team, developing and implementing HR policies, systems, and practices that foster a positive work environment and drive business success.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support organisational growth and development
  • Lead a high-performing HR team to deliver exceptional services to employees and management
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to design and implement organisational change initiatives
  • Provide expert advice on employment legislation, policies, and procedures
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and development programs
  • Manage budgets and resources to achieve HR objectives

  • You have extensive experience in HR leadership, preferably in a similar sector
  • You possess excellent knowledge of employment legislation, including industrial instruments and enterprise agreements
