About the Role

This is a highly regarded position within our organization, responsible for curating and fostering a vibrant community.

We are seeking an expert in planning, stakeholder engagement, and project management to deliver impactful community experiences. The role integrates premium concierge services with innovative community development programs, delivering six-star hotel-style standards and enriching lifestyle initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing inclusive community programs, collaborating with councils and service providers, managing event logistics and sponsorships, monitoring program impact, and providing a warm welcome to residents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and implementing community programs that cater to diverse needs
  • Collaborating with external stakeholders to enhance community engagement
  • Managing events and sponsorships to promote community growth

In addition to these key responsibilities, the ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, experience in event planning, community development, or hospitality, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
