Job Title: Senior Customer Service Team Lead

About the Role:

The position of Senior Customer Service Team Lead involves leading a skilled customer service team in a dynamic work environment. As part of this role, you will be responsible for managing workflow, delegating tasks, and assisting with referrals and patient inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve KPIs and meet patient expectations.
  • Manage workflow, delegate tasks, and ensure efficient delivery of services.
  • Assist with referrals, respond to patient inquiries, and provide software support to referrers.
  • Audit Medicare, billing, and reporting purposes as required.
  • Record compliments, complaints, and feedback where necessary.
  • Support operations and marketing departments.
  • Perform general administrative duties.
  • Collaborate with clerical staff, technicians, and radiologists.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in staff management.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Healthcare administration experience with radiology background highly regarded.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve independently and assist other team members.
  • Capacity to manage workflow and train staff.
  • Experience in staff recruitment and conducting disciplinary conversations.
  • Experience in organizing rosters, shifts, and staffing levels.
