Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our customer service team and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for business clients. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about customer success and compliance excellence.

This role will involve managing the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions and strong client engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing onboarding materials, training guides, and FAQs to support clients and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B customer service, onboarding, and compliance—ideally in fintech or financial services. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the customer service team, fostering a high-performance and customer-first culture.
  • Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for B2B clients, ensuring smooth transitions and strong client engagement.
  • Develop onboarding materials, training guides, and FAQs to support clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Legal teams to streamline onboarding workflows and resolve client issues.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B customer service, onboarding, and compliance—ideally in fintech or financial services.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing customer service teams.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management.
