Lead Audio Visual Solutions

We're seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our audio visual solutions. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of AV solutions for our business customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with product managers and vendors to scope, design, and validate AV solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Leverage strategic partnerships and commercial relationships to develop solution designs and delivery methods.
  • Conduct customer discovery sessions and site inspections to define technical requirements.
  • Present proposals, solution documents, and tender submissions tailored to business needs.
  • Contribute to the development of standardized AV design frameworks, solution templates, and commercial documentation.

Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in AV solution development or systems integration.
  • Proven track record in designing and developing AV solutions, including meeting rooms, digital signage, and hybrid collaboration environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of modern AV solution categories, including meeting room systems and wireless content sharing tools.
  • Experience working with a wide range of commercial AV brands and technologies.
  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel for customer site visits.
