Senior AV Solutions Architect

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior AV Solutions Architect to join our team in VIC. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-level AV solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop comprehensive AV system designs that align with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and maintain internal design standards to drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor and support junior engineers to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Proven experience in AV system design, installation, and implementation.
- Strong expertise in networking technologies, including Dante, multicasting, and UC system requirements.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders.
- Industry certifications, such as Certificate III in Electronics or equivalent.
- Familiarity with industry best practices and tools.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in complex solution design and technical leadership.
