Senior AV Solution Specialist

The role of a Senior AV Solutions Specialist involves leading high-level audio-visual solutions that meet client needs, ensuring design quality and commercial alignment. This requires strong communication skills and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
Responsibilities include attending client meetings, gathering technical inputs, and creating detailed tenders, BOMs, and system descriptions. The successful candidate will also collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure clear communication and alignment on AV system designs.
Key qualifications and experience include previous experience in the AV industry or a strong background in AV system installations, proven expertise in AV system design, networking technologies, and UC system requirements. Strong communication skills are essential for liaising with enterprise-level customers and stakeholders, and a methodical approach to documentation is required.
Industry certifications such as Certificate III in Electronics or equivalent are highly valued, as is familiarity with industry best practices and tools. A willingness to learn and continuously improve technical expertise through training is also essential.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience operating at a senior level, including leading complex solution design and providing technical leadership within a team.
