As a Technical Solutions Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering audio solutions to our partners and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with integrators, technology partners, and internal teams to drive project sales forward.
  • Design and implement IP-based audio systems, including detailed site surveys, speaker placement, sound dispersion calculations, SPL coverage, network topology, and BOM creation.
  • Create schematic drawings using CAD, Axis Site Designer, and EASE Evac.
  • Recommend and integrate third-party audio products as part of overall solutions.
  • Support sales efforts with technical demonstrations, audio solution delivery, and presales technical documentation.
  • Provide training and updates on audio solutions to distributors, resellers, and customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities through partner engagement.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows, focusing on audio solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, network engineering, computer science, or information systems is desirable.
  • Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales role, ideally in the field of network audio or IP-based audio solutions.
  • General knowledge in common paging loudspeaker systems/solutions and IP-based audio and AV control systems is required.
  • Able to facilitate engaging presentations and demonstrations to various audiences.
