About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Policy and Project Officer who can drive meaningful change in the community sector using their public policy, community development or community service delivery experience.

The successful candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders across the community services sector.

To be considered for this role, you must have relevant qualifications in human services, social services, public policy or a related discipline, or a minimum of three years' experience working in a relevant policy environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong networks and partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Provide high-quality, timely, evidence-based policy advice to support informed decision-making.
  • Contribute to the development of research reports, including design, data collection, and analysis of data to inform policy decisions.
