Your Opportunity:

 

The ideal candidate for this role will possess exceptional communication skills, be able to work independently in a small team environment and have the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales enquiries within our branch, over the phone, over the counter, and via email
  • Build engaging relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Process customer quotes, orders, and manage the end-to-end customer relationship
  • Attend to branch administrative requirements; reconciling daily banking, preparation of test certificates, filing, and archiving
  • Provide product-based and technical information to ensure the customer considers the right product for their application
  • Ensure customer requests are actioned in a timely manner within allocated timeframes
  • Take ownership in continuing and cultivating all customer relationships
  • Assist in other areas of the business as required

Requirements:

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • Sales and customer service experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a proactive approach
  • Comprehensive computer experience with the ability to learn internal applications
  • Strong time management skills with a solution-focused approach to problem-solving
  • Be safety-minded and promote all things safety within our branch
  • Able to focus on completion of allocated tasks and have a high attention to detail
