The role of a Food & Beverage Supervisor at Mahogany Bar is to lead the front-of-house team in providing exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain high standards of presentation and grooming.
  • Cultivate a positive work culture by mentoring and coaching team members.
  • Collaborate with venue leadership to create memorable guest moments.

To be successful in this role, you will have previous supervisory experience in a premium dining or bar environment. Leadership skills, along with the ability to coach and mentor, are essential. Exceptional grooming standards appropriate for a luxury environment are also required.
