Bar, Barista and F&B Service Professionals

The dining and bar experiences at our luxury hotel are renowned for their high quality. We are seeking individuals with a genuine passion for hospitality and exceptional customer service skills to join our team.

A day in the life of one of our Bar or Barista professionals might include:

  • Creating a warm welcome for every guest and setting the tone for their experience with us
  • Preparing and serving a wide range of cocktails and other beverages with precision and flair
  • Managing stock, inventory, and equipment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
  • Anticipating guest needs and being proactive in addressing any requests or concerns
  • Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of your work area
  • Upholding and complying with all health and safety standards
  • Handling cash and credit transactions
  • Working closely with restaurant colleagues to deliver seamless food service

We require:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage service (for Bar roles)
  • Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for hospitality and a desire to create unforgettable experiences for our guests
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
