About the RoleWe seek a skilled professional to support our lottery campaign by driving revenue growth through data management, analytics, and automation.
This opportunity offers a chance to contribute to a charitable organisation's success. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing data-driven strategies to drive campaigns with precision.
- Harnessing data analytics to boost campaign performance and maximise ROI.
- Mapping out customer journeys and refining them with insightful data analysis.
- Diving into lottery sales data, customer insights, and market trends to find opportunities for growth.
- Crafting and presenting detailed reports that shape strategic decision-making.
- Maintaining a top-notch data repository by ensuring its integrity and reliability.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Qualifications in Data Science, Statistics, or Business Analytics.
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in gaming or FMCG industries.
- Proficiency in managing complex data segments within CRM systems.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
