We are seeking an ambitious professional to contribute to local business and global initiatives in the Asia and Global Casualty plans.
Main Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on underwriting aspects of the treaty value chain.
- Analyze treaty submissions, extract key information, evaluate original insurance wordings and Treaty contracts for coverage aspects and compliance with Swiss Re requirements.
- Use appropriate underwriting tools and pricing models/methodologies to determine steering values and structure deals.
- Seek out new opportunities to originate business, provide structured solutions for clients, and consider innovative solutions to client needs.
- Build strong relationships with clients through regular interactions and optimum service to support better business outcomes.
- Ambitious casualty underwriter with experience in pricing, portfolio analysis, treaty structures, and contracts.
- High-level client management ability, negotiation skills, influencing capability, and proven relationship building skills.
- Analytical proficiency, Actuarial experience viewed positively.
- Solid knowledge of CTP and Workers Compensation schemes, as well as legal, social, economic, and technological trends impacting re/insurance.
