Revenue Operations Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Operations professional to join our team. As a key member of our revenue growth team, you will play a critical role in optimizing and aligning revenue-related processes, systems, and strategies to drive business success.

About the Role

  • You will lead the optimization and management of revenue operations across sales and customer teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Drive the integration and management of tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and Zendesk, as well as improvements and additions to our revenue tech stack, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain data infrastructure, including dashboards and reporting, to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Leverage AI, Python, and SQL for advanced data analysis, automation, and optimization of operational workflows.
  • Foster a data-driven culture, ensuring accurate reporting, pipeline visibility, and high data hygiene standards.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive operational efficiencies and support the company's strategic initiatives.

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role within a recurring revenue business. You should possess strong technical proficiency in CRM systems, revenue tech, and B2B databases, as well as experience with Python, SQL, and AI tools for data analysis and process automation.
