This key position is crucial to the healthcare sector, providing essential administrative support to nurses, midwives, medical staff, and allied health professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver timely and accurate administrative services for members of the healthcare team under the direction of the Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager (N/MUM).
- Collaborate closely with existing administrative staff at the ward/unit level to ensure seamless support.
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment, manage competing priorities, and maintain high levels of accuracy in administrative tasks.
Requirements:- A Certificate III in Health Administration or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
- You must be self-motivated, able to meet deadlines, and possess excellent organisational skills.
- Computer literacy, including advanced knowledge of software applications and minute-taking skills, is essential.
