The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring staff have a good understanding of individual client needs and preferences, and can provide tailored services within budget and service expectations.

  • Lead a team in the delivery of high-quality care services to clients
  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding of new staff members
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to support operational decisions

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Aged Care (Desirable), HR or similar degree & a minimum of 2 years relevant industry experience
  • Knowledge of Home Care Packages Program, CHSP services, Aged Care Quality Standards and Commonwealth Home Support Programme
  • Performance coaching experience and management of a team while operating in a multi-site environment
  • A current driver's licence and safe driving record and willingness to travel between sites and services
  • Strong organisational, administrative and computer skills
  • Empathy and patience
