Purpose-built with 120 modern single rooms, beautifully landscaped gardens, and thoughtfully designed communal spaces, the home offers team members a supportive and close-knit environment where you can truly make a difference.
With a dedicated Memory Support Unit, onsite café, salon, and a strong focus on personalised, high-quality care, Bannockburn is a rewarding place to grow your aged care career.
We have opportunities for
qualified and
experienced Personal Care Attendants (PCA's)
to join our team on a
Permanent Part Time basis
working a range of morning, afternoon and evening/night shifts.
Every individual in our homes has a story.
You'll get to know each one as you:
Lend a hand with daily life – making sure our residents feel heard, comfy and well-fed.
Work with our team to support those with challenging needs.
Help keep our residents' bodies and minds active.
Keep tabs on our residents' health – helping with treatments
Be a friend to our residents.
Make sure every resident's privacy and dignity is respected.
You'll be a true team player and great communicator, with:
A certificate III or IV in Aged Care *mandatory
Experience as a Carer within a Residential Aged Care home
Ability to work a variety of days and shifts
A real desire to make a difference in people's lives
Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
