Key Responsibilities:

The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding client relationships across the superannuation fund ecosystem.

This is an exceptional opportunity for seasoned sales professionals to transition into a new challenge, leveraging their expertise to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.

About The Position:
  • The Business Development Manager will spearhead the generation of new business, foster strategic partnerships with clients, and drive revenue expansion for the organization.
  • Leveraging client feedback and market insights, the BDM will facilitate growth initiatives aligned with the organization's objectives, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.
Main Accountabilities:
  1. Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and Director to develop and execute strategies that align with the organization's overall goals, including client segmentation and business development.
  2. Establish and nurture trusted relationships with Superannuation Funds and key stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure strong engagement and satisfaction.
  3. Partner with Marketing to analyze industry trends and client needs, informing sales effectiveness and guiding product development initiatives.
  4. Effectively manage CRM tools to maintain accurate forecasting, build a robust pipeline, and report against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
  5. Foster a positive, client-centric culture by working closely with internal teams and supporting broader business objectives and cross-functional initiatives.
