Operations Coordinator

Schedule production workflows and manage inventory levels to meet delivery timelines.
Key Responsibilities:- Scheduling: Plan and coordinate work orders, routings, and delivery schedules.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and control stock levels, prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Purchase Orders: Raise and track purchase orders with vendors to meet production requirements.
- Auditing: Conduct regular audits on the inventory system to ensure accuracy.
- Process Development: Collaborate with management to develop and maintain inventory control systems.
- Data Entry: Record work time allocations, procurement of supplies, and service requirements.
- Purchase Order Requests: Issue purchase order requests to suppliers.
- Stock Take: Organize scheduled stock takes of inventory and assets.
- Procedure Establishment: Assist in establishing and implementing procedures for purchasing.
- Report Analysis: Utilize generated reports for maintaining purchasing systems and processes.
- Error Resolution: Resolve purchasing errors and returns.
- Data Maintenance: Maintain purchasing data, including cost allocation and tracking.
- Previous experience in a customer-focused manufacturing environment.
- Purchasing experience in a fast-paced and customer-oriented setting.
- Demonstrated skills in process control, scheduling, stock movement, and asset management.
