Job Overview

Coordinate installation and relocation of gaming equipment across South Australia. Ensure venues are set up for success by working with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate the installation, removal, and relocation of gaming equipment
  • Plan and schedule daily jobs to ensure smooth operations and timely completion
  • Act as a liaison between venue operators, service teams, and suppliers
  • Keep stakeholders informed and manage expectations with professionalism
  • Support team operations with accurate records, scheduling, and follow-up
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in gaming, wagering, or hospitality – understanding of venue operations
  • Strong communication skills and ability to maintain momentum
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills – juggling multiple priorities
  • A proactive, detail-focused approach and ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Confidence with Microsoft Office and eagerness to learn new systems
