Job Role

Seeking a dedicated individual to fill the position of Service Specialist - Compliance Communications.

This role sits within the Service Business Unit, ensuring that partners, members, and employers receive the expected level of service by proactively resolving issues, driving change, and maintaining regulatory-compliant communications.

The Service Specialist will translate business requirements into actionable project plans, manage compliance correspondence like annual and exit statements, and lead initiatives to enhance operational maturity and stakeholder engagement.
