Workshop Supervisor Job Overview

  • Health, Environment and Safety Management
  • Assist the team in establishing its purpose, roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities.
  • Adhere to all safety policies, plans, and procedures.
  • Ensure the availability of vehicles and plant in good working order to meet operational requirements.
  • Manage external contractors as required.
  • Coordinate team meetings, ensuring action items are allocated and completed.
  • Address administrative requirements in a timely and accurate manner, aligned with policy and procedure.

The successful candidate will possess a Heavy Vehicle Drivers Licence (HR), Heavy Vehicle Mechanical Licence (Trade Licence), and a solid understanding of National Heavy Vehicle Regulations. Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively work with and supervise their team are essential.
