Your Role

This role is responsible for leading the planning, monitoring, and updates on optimisations of member trade/engagement marketing activities and promotional calendars.

You will work closely with our teams to ensure we have clear plans linked to objectives, resource allocated and activity is ready for effective execution.

Additionally, you'll lead marketing reporting processes, delivering actionable insights and performance analysis that help inform strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Annual and Quarterly Planning:

  • Support our leadership to deliver rolling annual and quarterly plans with aligned marketing initiatives and new partner initiatives to meet business objectives.
  • Cascade quarterly plans into monthly initiative delivery, forecasts and tracking via project management tools to ensure execution excellence.

Monthly and Weekly Member Trade Activity:

  • Lead the Monthly plan process, updates and weekly member trade rhythms.
  • Lead weekly member trade meetings, summarising weekly delivery against forecasts, actionable insights and performance updates to stakeholders and the leadership team.
  • Facilitate regular member trade planning forums to ensure alignment, integration, and optimisation of marketing efforts.
  • Own, manage, and communicate the central marketing calendar, coordinating seamless execution across teams.
  • Provide weekly updates to the leadership team on initiative readiness and any risks.

Performance Reporting and Analysis:

  • Oversee the development and delivery of weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing performance analytics, including campaign effectiveness, ROI, trade performance, and customer insights.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by facilitating structured post-campaign reviews and performance tracking with relevant marketing leads.

Operational Support and Leadership:

  • Provide strategic and operational support to our leadership, including resource allocation, workflow optimisation, and budgeting.
  • Lead and mentor team members, providing clear direction, fostering professional development, and ensuring effective execution of project management tools and campaign processes.
