The Opportunity

\

We seek a Product Design Manager to lead a team of designers in the Exchange division. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the design direction across multiple products within web and mobile apps, supporting product designers, collaborating with product managers, and creating a positive environment for your team to deliver high-quality design.

\Key Responsibilities:\

  2. Lead a team of designers through design collaboration, feedback, and direction.\
  3. Create designs to develop product and feature directions, communicate ideas, and provide additional support.\
  4. Collaborate with multiple product managers to establish timelines, delivery, and priorities.\
  5. Provide guidance, coaching, and protection to your designers, fostering their growth in a positive design environment.\
  6. Establish, maintain, and update an ideal design process for your team.\
  7. Share expertise and knowledge in design to train designers around you.\
  8. Raise awareness of user research activities, including user interviews, focus groups, or usability tests.\
  9. Work with the executive team to understand and apply the big-picture vision and direction.\
  10. Present and communicate design direction, decisions, and rationale to other teams.\
  11. Actively use and trade on the exchange, calling out design and product issues to the team.\
    1. \Requirements:\
      1. \
      2. 2+ years of experience working at a top-tier trading team.\
      3. Must be a trader.\
      4. Must have extensive knowledge of design as a craft, contributing a deep skillset to the team.\
      5. Extensive experience designing multiple B2C digital products/services for international audiences.\
      6. A solid portfolio of work showcasing design for digital products and services.\
      7. Deep understanding of user-centered design and user experience principles, with a strong creative vision to plan design roadmaps.\
      8. Ability to oversee and manage multiple projects, shipping quality products at scale.\
      9. Experience developing and coaching a design team.\
      10. An experienced leader with a strong creative vision, understanding business objectives, leadership, and executing ideas with the product design team.\
      11. A portfolio must be provided to be considered.\
