About You:

We're seeking an experienced product designer with a proven track record of leading design on complex initiatives. As a craft leader, you'll bring detail-oriented, thoughtful, and rigorous approaches to explore, validate, and execute design solutions.

  • You have 3-5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment with velocity.
  • You're a skilled collaborator, comfortable pairing with PMs, engineers, content designers, and stakeholders across disciplines.
  • You're adaptable, pragmatic, and focused on delivering quality solutions within existing constraints.
  • You make effective decisions with the bigger picture and opportunity costs in mind.
  • You have a strong understanding of design processes and know when to implement them effectively.
