Drive Design Excellence

We're seeking a seasoned Product Design Manager to spearhead our design team in the Exchange division. This pivotal role involves shaping the design direction across multiple products within our web and mobile apps, collaborating with product managers, and fostering a positive environment for designers to deliver high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by Example: Guide your team through design collaboration, feedback, and direction.
  • Create Compelling Designs: Develop product and feature directions, communicate ideas, and provide support.
  • Collaborate Effectively: Work with product managers to establish timelines, delivery, and priorities.
  • Mentor and Coach: Provide guidance, coaching, and protection to your designers, creating a positive design environment to foster their growth.
  • Evaluate and Improve: Establish, maintain, and update an ideal design process for your team.
  • Share Expertise: Train designers around you on design best practices.
  • User Research: Run and facilitate user research activities, including 1:1 user interviews, focus groups, or usability tests.
  • Executive Partnership: Work with our executive team to understand and apply the big picture vision and direction.
  • Design Communication: Present and communicate design direction, decisions, and rationale to other teams.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working at a top-tier trading team.
  • Possess extraordinary knowledge of design as a craft and contribute a deep skillset to the team.
  • Extensive experience designing multiple B2C digital products/services for international audiences.
  • A solid portfolio of work that contains examples of design for digital products and services.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design and user experience principles, with a strong creative vision to plan design roadmaps with senior stakeholders.
