Job Overview:

We are looking for a Product Designer to join our Fraud and Scam Prevention team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Pega-based platforms and API-driven ecosystems and will help design secure, scalable, and user-friendly experiences that detect, prevent, and respond to fraudulent activity across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to design intuitive interfaces that integrate with APIs and backend systems.
  • Translate complex business requirements into simple, clear, and functional design solutions.
  • Partner with engineers to ensure design feasibility, scalability, and consistency across platforms.
  • Continuously contribute to the evolution of our design system, focusing on trust, clarity, and accessibility.
  • Advocate for the user by conducting design reviews, user testing, and gathering feedback to inform design decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience designing for Pega applications, such as Pega Case Management or Pega Customer Service.
  • Solid understanding of API integration workflows and technical constraints.
  • Strong domain experience in Cards (Visa/Mastercard) and digital payments.
  • Portfolio showcasing a user-centered approach to solving complex problems in enterprise or financial platforms.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional product teams.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills, with strong documentation practices.
