Senior Paint Application Specialist

We are seeking a qualified and experienced spray painter to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work and thrive in a collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate will possess trade-qualified spray painting skills, previous experience in the collision repair industry, and a valid driver's licence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete high-quality paintwork following established processes and procedures
- Finalise colour application, including minor adjustments to ensure colour accuracy
- Maintain spray booths, equipment, and robotic tools daily
- Perform general workshop duties as directed by leadership
What We're Looking For:
- Trade-qualified spray painter with previous experience in the collision repair industry
- Valid driver's licence and full Australian working rights
