Automotive Paint Specialist Opportunity

Our team is seeking a highly skilled and trade-qualified Automotive Paint Specialist to join our paint repair process. This role offers a key position in ensuring a high-quality paint finish for our customers.

We are looking for an individual with experience in the Collision Repair industry who can maintain our spray booths, equipment, and robots daily, complete paint jobs according to processes and procedures, and sign off on the final colour, including minor colour adjustments.

The ideal candidate will be a Trade Qualified Spray Painter with experience in Collision Repair, possessing full Australian Working rights and a valid drivers licence.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Complete paint jobs in accordance with established processes and procedures.
  • Sign off on the final colour, including minor colour adjustments to deliver a high-quality paint finish for the customer.
  • Maintain spray booths, equipment, and robots daily.
  • Perform any additional duties as directed by leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Trade qualification in Spray Painting (essential).
  • Experience in the Collision Repair industry (essential).
  • Full Australian Working rights and a valid drivers licence.
