Automotive Painting Trainee Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team in the role of Automotive Painting Trainee.

The successful candidate will be supported by our experienced team and have the opportunity to learn and develop their skills in all aspects of automotive spray painting, including colour matching, preparation, priming, painting and finishing.

This is a permanent full-time position, working Monday to Friday. We offer a supportive and inclusive work environment, opportunities for career development and training, and a range of benefits.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist senior painters in preparing vehicles for painting
  • Learn and develop skills in colour matching, preparation, priming, painting and finishing
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
