About the Role

As a Senior Application Solutions Consultant at InterSystems, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the timely and successful deployment of our TrakCare product. Your expertise will be invaluable as you work directly with customers to understand their business needs and implement solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with customers to comprehend their work processes and identify areas where the TrakCare application can be tailored to meet their specific needs.
  • Implement the TrakCare application in accordance with customer requirements and InterSystems' methodologies and processes.
  • Design and deliver training programs, product demonstrations, and workshops to ensure seamless adoption of the application.
  • Manage change requests from clients and oversee the implementation of new features.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify potential changes within the TrakCare product's parameters.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience with Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Patient Administration Systems (PAS), and Clinical Information Systems.
  • Prior experience with clinical or patient administration systems is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Health Informatics standards, reporting requirements, and legislative controls.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to leverage technology to improve processes.
  • Proven track record in implementing product solutions.
  • Excellent grasp of computer systems, software development methodologies, and networking fundamentals.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Aptitude for thinking creatively and developing innovative solutions for software product implementations.
  • Capacity to provide independent recommendations for successful software product implementations.
  • Experience working with diverse customer groups to achieve positive outcomes.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. This role requires frequent travel, with up to 50% of time spent working from customer sites and other InterSystems offices.
