Optical Dispenser Role Overview

This is a customer service and retail sales position where you will work with designer brands, offer exceptional service, and become a key part of our successful store.

As an Optical Dispenser, you will be responsible for assisting customers with frame selection, working towards sales targets, and delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with frame selection and provide excellent customer service
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the success of the store
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service and sales experience, ideally gained from within an optical or high-performing retail store
  • Ability to work towards sales targets and meet customer needs
  • Current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)
