Vocational Education Instructor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Vocational Education Teacher to join our Trades and Engineering Technologies team at Swinburne University of Technology.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality teaching and assessment services to students in vocational education programs
- Implement industry best practices and current learning technologies to engage students and promote learning
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan, deliver, and assess education and training programs
- Customize and adapt programs to meet the needs of learners and clients
- Relevant vocational experience in engineering (mechanical and/or fabrication) applicable to vocational education programs
- Demonstrated excellence in teaching and assessment, using a variety of learning modes to respond to diverse student learning needs
- Experience in developing learning and assessment resources
- Understanding of current VET policy and developments
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110 or its successor)
- Vocational qualification in Engineering (Mechanical and/or Fabrication) applicable to Vocational Education programs
