Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic customer service representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, setting up and maintaining visually appealing displays, and providing excellent product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves with a positive impression of our store.
  • Set up and maintain visually appealing displays, including arranging products in an attractive and easy-to-shop manner.
  • Upsell and promote products, encouraging customers to purchase additional items.
  • Prepare cold beverages and operate the barista machine, ensuring high-quality drinks are served to customers.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to food safety requirements and performing temperature checks as needed.
  • Participate in daily cleaning duties, ensuring the store is tidy and well-maintained.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
  • Previous retail or food service experience an asset
